We just launched a remote repair app. You download it and run it on your computer. Then we can see your screen and fix problems from our shop in Alice. No waiting for someone to drive to your house. No stranger sitting in your living room.
The app is small and stays quiet until you need help. When you call or text with a problem, we start it up from our end, see what's wrong, and fix it while you watch. Takes minutes instead of days. You stay in control the whole time.
We spent the last few weeks making sure it works on Windows computers, stays connected even after you restart, and doesn't fight with your computer's built-in security software. It's not perfect yet, but it works.
