npc fix is live. you call us with a problem, we remote in, and your computer gets fixed while you watch or go grab tea. no appointment. no waiting for a technician to drive out.
the app runs on your machine and gives us access to help you troubleshoot. you stay in control the whole time. when we're done, we disconnect and that's it.
most repairs happen faster than a house call or a trip to the shop. we've been running this setup for our own customers for a while. now we're opening it up.
