You download a small app and run it on your computer. We connect to your machine from our shop in Alice, Texas and fix what's broken. Virus, driver issue, slow startup, whatever. You stay in control the whole time and watch what we do.
No technician in your house. No waiting three weeks for an appointment. Most jobs turn around pretty fast, and your computer stays in front of you.
It works on Windows right now. Mac support is coming later. If your computer is acting up, call or email and we'll walk you through downloading and running the app.
