Remote repair used to be a pain because every time a technician wanted to help, the system asked for admin permission. That meant waiting, or someone had to step in and authorize it. We stripped that out.

Now when you call and ask for help, a technician can connect to your computer right away. They see what's wrong, show you on screen, and fix it while you watch. The repair software runs on Windows and doesn't need special permissions to start. If something goes wrong during setup, you see the actual problem instead of just getting an error code.
