NPC Fix is our remote support app. You run it, we connect to your computer over the internet, and we fix it without leaving our shop. We just shipped a new upgrade tool so we can push updates and new features without your computer going offline.

The upgrade tool handles all the hard parts. If something goes wrong during an update, it keeps the failure visible so we know what happened. It also handles restarts safely and manages account switching the right way. It's boring infrastructure work, but it means your support session doesn't get interrupted.

We also made sure the app stays reliable and secure. It's more dependable now.
