We rebuilt how we count visitors on our directory. The old system counted both real people and bots, so the numbers were garbage. Now we track actual humans visiting your listing, what they searched for, and when they clicked to call you.

If you're listed in our directory, you can see when someone actually found you and what they were looking for. That tells you if your listing shows up for the right work. It tells you if people are actually calling.

This matters because bad numbers make you doubt yourself. We fixed it so you see what's real.
