If you run a business in Corpus Christi or Alice and you've posted a job, we're working on ways to connect Spanish-speaking workers with English postings and vice versa. The goal is simple: reach both sides of the community.
This matters in the Coastal Bend. Half the workforce speaks Spanish first. We were leaving money on the table and workers were missing work. That's what we're trying to fix.
We're testing how to make this work without you having to rewrite anything. Post once, reach more people. That's the idea.
