One system powers all eleven towns, so updates ship once instead of eleven times.

We run eleven separate directories, one for each small town. Each has its own listings and jobs board. Every time we fixed a bug or shipped a feature, we had to roll it out eleven times. It was slow and dumb.
We built one system that powers all eleven. A fix ships once. A new feature goes live everywhere at the same time. The towns stay separate. Alice looks like Alice, Calallen looks like Calallen. But the core system is unified.
It's the kind of work that doesn't get noticed, which means it's working. The sites just got faster and more reliable. We can push updates without holding our breath.
