Running a shop means watching a lot of moving parts. Work flows through the system in stages. When something starts to fail, we want to know before it takes down the whole day.
We built a tool that watches the flow of work through our system and tells us if something is getting slow or stuck. It's like a health monitor for the shop.
The honest part: we built this because we got tired of finding out something broke when a customer called us. We see it coming now.
