You sign a pay agreement. That's your rate until you agree to a different one. If we need to adjust the terms, the new agreement sits in your inbox. You read it, you sign it, and it takes effect after you agree.
This matters because you plan your week around what you're going to earn. A surprise pay cut kills that. We don't do surprise pay cuts.
You always get to see what changed before you agree. The system shows you the old numbers and the new ones side by side.
