You see a job posted on NPCLocal. It shows what you'll make if you take it. You accept. That amount is yours, even if the customer calls back three times or the work takes longer than expected.
We did this because repair pros were getting burned. A job looked good at first, then the pay got cut or the customer changed the deal. That doesn't happen here. The moment you see the price, you know what you're walking into.
If the customer wants to pay extra for speed, that's bonus money on top. But the base price you see is the floor. It doesn't move.
