You search for North Point Computers on Google, then check Apple Maps, then look at Yelp. Every place shows the same phone number. That wasn't always true.

The shop had a few different phone numbers floating around. Some listings showed one, some showed another. That meant someone might call the wrong number and get the wrong department. We cleaned that up across Google, Apple, Facebook, Yelp, and our directory so there's only one right answer.

It sounds boring but it saves everyone a round trip. You call once and reach the right person.
