For The Pros · NPCLocal
Your phone number stays off the job board.
Repair techs see the device, the problem, and the pay. They don't see your phone number until they accept the work.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

When you book a repair through our website, a technician sees what device needs fixing, what's wrong with it, and how much they'll make. They don't see your phone number until they actually agree to take the job. That's intentional.
It sounds small, but it matters. Techs aren't scrolling through customer numbers before they decide if work is worth their time. They decide based on the repair itself and the pay. If they pass on the job, your contact information stays private. If they take it, they get everything they need to call you and show up.
This keeps things fair and protects you from getting called by every technician in town. A tech only gets your number when they've committed to the work.
