when a job is yours, you get the repair description and the address. you set the meetup time in the booking app. the customer gets a code to read back to you when you call. if you need to reschedule, you change it yourself in the app. the whole thing stays between you and the booking system until it's time to meet.
it sounds like a hassle, but it cuts down on techs taking jobs off the books, keeps the shop in the loop, and means you're not holding onto customer data you don't need. the money still lands the same way.
