When you post a job on our service directory and a tech accepts it, they don't get your phone number. They get a time, a code, and a description of the repair. That's it.

This means you control who reaches you. If a tech cancels or doesn't show, we call you back. The tech coordinates through the directory or through a private phone line if they need to reach you. Your number stays yours.

It's a small change, but it matters if you're home alone or if you just want to keep your number out of someone's contacts.
