For The Pros · NPCLocal

Your repair comes with a 33-day warranty built in.

If something breaks after the work is done, the tech gets paid to fix it. If the customer won't pay for warranty rework, the shop refunds them.

You finish a repair and hand it back to the customer. Two weeks later, the part cracks or fails. Who pays to fix it. We built the answer into every job agreement on our marketplace: the shop covers 33 days of warranty rework, and the tech gets paid for their time on the fix.

This takes the guessing out of what happens when something goes wrong. The tech knows up front that warranty work is paid work. The shop knows the boundary. The customer knows they're protected. If a customer refuses to pay for warranty rework after you've done it right, the shop refunds the original charge and the tech still gets their warranty pay.

It's a real safety net, not a handshake. The agreement spells it out, and nobody wakes up arguing about who owes what.
