You hire a tech through our job board to fix something. Three weeks later, it breaks again. That's covered. He comes back and fixes it at no charge to you, and he still gets paid for his time.

The warranty covers parts that fail and work that didn't stick. If a part cracks on the way home or the fix doesn't hold, you're not out the money and the tech doesn't eat the cost either. We pay him to make it right.

This is baked into every job posted on the board. You don't have to ask for it or negotiate anything. It's just how it works.
