When you hire a tech to fix your computer or phone, the work comes with a 33-day warranty. That's the standard window most insurance companies use. If something fails because of how the tech did it, they come back and fix it at no cost. Parts that break get replaced. You don't pay twice.

The warranty covers parts the tech installed or touched during the repair. If you drop something on the way home, that's on you. But if the tech cracked it during the work, or if a connection they made comes loose, they own it.

Every tech who works through us has to agree to this. It means the person fixing your stuff has skin in the game. They're not rushing to the next job and hoping you don't call back.
