We're building a warranty system for repairs done through our directory. The idea is simple: if a part fails or something stops working within 33 days, the shop should fix it for free.

This covers real breakage from the work itself, not wear and tear. It means the shop has reason to do it right the first time, and you're covered if something goes wrong.
