We run a directory where you search for local service pros. People type different words for the same thing. Someone searches for heating and cooling. Someone else searches for HVAC. Both are looking for the same person.
We looked at what people actually type when they're searching for help. We found 297 different phrases people use. We added all of those phrases to our directory so the right pro shows up no matter which words you use. This works in English and Spanish.
Before, if you searched for carports instead of carport installation, you might not find anyone. Now you will. Same thing if you search for moving instead of moving services. We caught these gaps by watching what people search for and making sure those searches lead somewhere useful.
