Your town shows first on service listings.

A small detail, but it matters. When you click on a plumber in search results, the listing title used to lead with the business name. 'Acme Plumbing - serving the area since 1987.' That tells you nothing about whether they work on your street.

The title leads with the town. 'Plumber in Corpus Christi' or 'Electrician in Alice.' The business name is still there, but second. You know what service you're getting and where they work before you even click.

Google's search engine ranks listings higher when they match what people search for. So the pro wins, and so do you.
