North Point Computers is a repair shop in Alice, Texas. We have a pricing page that shows what we charge for diagnostics, labor, parts, and the work we do most often. No ballpark estimates. No vanishing numbers.

When a tech picks up your phone or computer for repair, they see the device, the problem, and what they're supposed to fix. They don't see your balance, your payment method, or what you paid. That's your business with the shop.

We've been unclear about how screen printing works for small jobs. The old language made it sound like you had to order 100 pieces. That's not true. You can order 25 or 50 or 75. The price per shirt is higher on small runs, but there's no minimum.

Our websites used to pull photos from stock image sites. That meant you might see a picture of someone else's work or a staged photo that didn't match what we actually do.

If you're renting and something breaks, you used to fill out a form. You can do it by voice instead. You get a phone number, you call or text it, and you answer questions about the problem. No typing, no forms.

The navigation used to change depending on which page you landed on. The print shop homepage had different links than the service pages. The repair site had its own structure. It was confusing.

The old sites had type that was too small, colors that didn't match what we actually do, and layouts that were too tight. On a phone, half the text was hard to read. On a computer, the page felt cramped.
