Google tells you how many times someone clicked your listing. But it doesn't tell you if they actually called. A click might be someone comparing prices. A call is someone who wants to hire you.

We built our own system because service people need to know the difference. When someone calls a plumber from our site, we record it. The plumber sees it on their account. No mystery.

This is free. We're not selling the data to anyone. We're not using it to sell ads. We're just giving service people the truth so they can see what's working.

It's not perfect. Some people might click the phone number and not actually call. But it's a lot better than guessing based on clicks alone.
