A perfect rating doesn't stay perfect forever.

Lowbies softens its 5.0-star claim. It shows ratings as they change.

A business gets five stars. Then a few months pass. Someone leaves a four-star review. The average drifts. That's normal. That's honest.

We used to claim every business that hit five stars stayed at five stars. We can't promise that. Ratings move. People change their minds. New reviews come in. So we stopped saying 'perfect 5.0'. We show the actual score.

It's a small shift, but it matters. You see what's real, not what looks best on a billboard.
