Call details tell you what people want.

We used to send emails that said something like 'uncategorized in unknown location' when someone called a local pro from our site. That's useless. You can't tell if the call was about roofing or AC or if it was even from the Coastal Bend.

Now the email tells you the service, the town, and sometimes the question they asked. You see that someone from Corpus Christi called about roof repair, not just that someone clicked somewhere. That's information you can actually use.

Small fix, big difference. A notification should tell you something.
