Chat is on the site if you want to message instead of calling.

Not everyone wants to call. Some people prefer to type out what they need and get an answer. So we added a chat window to the site. Click 'Message us,' type your question, and it goes straight to the shop.

On your phone, it's a window that slides up from the bottom. On a computer, it's a chat box on the right side of the screen. The shop sees every message and can answer right there in the chat, or call you if that makes more sense. No email waiting list, no callback promise you're not sure about.

It's one more way to reach us that fits how you like to talk.
