New Services · Check-In
check in, start a ticket, clock in.
When you clock in on a check-in, a work ticket starts automatically.

Check-in now has an optional work ticket. When a customer checks in on the kiosk or app, you can start a ticket right then. Clock in on the check-in, and the ticket fires up.
This saves you a step. No more checking in, then manually creating a ticket, then clocking in. One flow, one button.
Techs see the ticket appear in their list. They know what they're walking into before they even grab their tools. The customer's already checked in, the job's already logged.
It's optional, so if you don't want it, don't use it. But for shops that use the kiosk, this cuts friction in half.
