When a customer checks in on the kiosk or phone, you can now start a work ticket and clock in at the same time. One action instead of two.
Before, you'd check them in, then go to the ticket app, then clock in. Three separate places. Now the check-in can fire up the ticket and your timer together.
This cuts friction when you're busy. A customer walks in, they tap the kiosk, and you're already on the clock. The ticket is ready. You can focus on the work instead of the paperwork.
It's a small change but it adds up over a day.
