You find your business on the directory and want to claim it so you can manage it. The form used to ask for a lot of details right away. Now the description box is optional. You can claim your spot and fill in the rest later.

I also switched the phone number field to a numeric keypad on phones so you don't have to hunt for the right keys. Small changes, but they mean you spend less time filling out forms and more time running your business.

The whole point is to get you set up fast so people can find you and call you.
