Twisted trees frame a distant landscape with a sunset and a tower.

If you fix a laptop and the hard drive you installed dies two weeks later, you used to eat the cost. Now you don't. We built a warranty into every repair job we list, and it protects you the same way it protects the customer.

Here's how it works. You pick when you're available to work, then you take a job from our listing. The customer agrees to a 33-day warranty before you start. If a part fails during that window, we cover the replacement part, and you get paid for the rework. If the customer declines the warranty, that's their choice, but you still get paid your full rate either way.

We also budgeted for the fact that parts sometimes crack during shipping or break while you're working on them. That cost is already included in the job price. A cracked part that arrives broken never leaves you unpaid. You don't have to chase the customer or wait on a vendor. The agreement is in writing before you pick up the tools.
