Contractors see which job posts get calls.

We run a local service directory where contractors post jobs. A contractor posts five openings on our board. Three of them get calls. Two get nothing. For months, they had no idea which ones were working and which ones were dead weight.

We're working on a way for contractors to see how many calls each post gets. It takes the guesswork out. If a job post gets zero calls after two weeks, they can rewrite it, move it, or pull it. If one is getting calls every day, they know that wording works and can use it again.

This is the kind of thing that sounds obvious but was missing. A lot of small shops just post and pray. Real feedback helps them hire faster.
