Employers see the federal equal opportunity notice before posting.

It spells out who is protected. They choose to keep it or remove it.

When you post a job, we show you the federal equal opportunity notice. It lists the protected groups: race, color, religion, sex including pregnancy and orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information. You see it before your job goes live.

You can keep it on the listing or take it off. It's your choice. The notice is there so everyone knows the rules. No surprises. No confusing legal language.

It's the law. We make sure it's visible.
