One says 'Tell me more.' One says 'Simplify.' Tap either one and you get a different version of the answer without retyping.

Say you ask about hail damage and get a solid explanation. If you want to know the specific steps to file a claim, you tap 'Tell me more.' If the answer feels too long and you just need the short version, you tap 'Simplify.' You get what you actually need.
