Here's what we're still getting wrong.

We ship a lot of features and fixes. But some things still frustrate people. A business owner's profile gets buried because we can't verify his address. A worker searches for jobs and finds postings from six months ago that nobody's hiring for anymore. A customer can't tell if a pro is actually licensed or just claims he is.

We know these problems exist. We're working on some of them. But I'm not going to pretend we've got it all figured out. Finding local service people is harder than it looks. Fake listings are real. Old postings that should be gone are real. Trust is hard to build.

What helps is when someone tells us what's broken. A business owner who says his phone number isn't showing up right. A worker who can't find shifts in his town. A customer who got ignored by a service provider and wants to report it. That feedback tells us where to focus next. We can't fix everything at once, but we can fix what matters most to the people using the site.
