The system that calls you to confirm a service provider is coming had a bug. If you did not pick up the first time, it would just quit instead of trying again. We fixed it so it rings twice and gives you a real shot at answering.

We also made sure the code we read to you is clear. We say it one digit at a time, twice, so you can actually write it down or remember it. And the system does not let an agent paraphrase it or make something up. The code you hear is the code you use.

Small stuff, but it matters when you are home waiting for a provider and your phone rings.
