Getting our repair app running used to mean copying a technical command and pasting it into your computer. It worked but it was clunky. People would mess up the copy-paste. The app would fail for reasons they couldn't see.
We built a proper Windows installer. You download it, click it, it installs. Same thing you do with any other software. If something goes wrong, the installer tells you what happened instead of silently failing.
This is the difference between something that technically works and something that actually works for normal people. We finally got there.
