Invoices handle tax better.

Tax is complicated. A customer might be tax-exempt. A job might span two months with different tax rates. An invoice has to show the truth. For a long time our invoices just guessed at the tax rate and hoped.

This month we reworked it. The system knows the tax rate for your address and it knows if a customer is tax-exempt. The calculation is more accurate on every invoice.

It sounds boring but it's the difference between an invoice a customer trusts and one they question. Trust matters.
