job board now charges to post.
hiring costs money. looking for work stays free.

The jobs board flipped to paid posting today. If you need to hire someone, you buy credits first.
Why the change. Running a job board costs real money. Hosting, moderation, keeping the spam out. The old free model meant we ate the cost and you got what you paid for, nothing.
Seekers still post for free. That part doesn't change. You're looking for work, you post your availability or side gigs at no cost. The person hiring pays.
You can buy credits, post your job, edit it anytime, and renew it when it expires. There's a dashboard so you see which jobs got real traction, calls and leads per slot. Stop guessing.
It's honest. Small shops can't afford to lose calls. This keeps the board moderated and live, not some spam graveyard.
