job board now speaks english and spanish.
Post a job once. Reach seekers in both languages. Bilingual toggle, safety info in Spanish, apply form works both ways.

We added a language toggle to the job board. You post in English. The job listing can be read in Spanish on the other side of the toggle. The apply form works in both languages too.
Why this matters: South Texas is bilingual. A roofer looking for work might search in Spanish. A shop posting a job might post in English. Now they meet without friction.
The safety summary that warns folks about scams shows up in Spanish on that side. Job descriptions stay exactly as posted, word for word. We're not rewriting anybody's copy.
It's a simple toggle at the top of /jobs. No extra step to post. No extra cost. Just reach more people who are actually looking.
