The job board handles both languages now. If you're looking for work, you can flip it to Spanish and see the same jobs. If you're hiring, the form works in Spanish too. The job descriptions stay exactly as you wrote them, but everything else translates.

South Texas is bilingual. We were dumb not to build it this way from day one.

You toggle it at the top of the page. The whole thing just switches over. Search filters work the same. Apply buttons work the same. Nothing breaks.
