Job links tell you what the job is.
The link shows the job title. You know what it is before you click.

A job link used to be just numbers. Now it includes the job title. So you get something like /jobs/post/8472/plumber-needed-corpus-christi instead of just /jobs/post/8472.
When you share a job link with someone or bookmark it, the link explains itself. You don't have to click to figure out what it is.
