we linked the jobs board from the main menu. no hunting through the site.

we built a jobs board a while back but never linked it from the main menu. people didn't know it was there. we fixed that. when you visit our site, you see jobs right in the top menu next to everything else.

it's a small change. but it means people looking for work or trying to hire can find what they need without digging.
