jobs board posts now show in spanish.

Job seekers can read listings and apply in Spanish. Employers post once.

We added Spanish to the jobs board. When you land on /jobs, you can toggle between English and Spanish with one click. The whole seeker side flips: search labels, filters, apply form, safety tips. All in Spanish.

Here's what stays the same: employer post bodies stay exactly as written. We don't translate them. If an employer posts in English, it stays in English. If they post in Spanish, it stays in Spanish. We just translate the interface so Spanish-speaking job seekers can navigate and apply.

Why this matters: the Bend has a lot of bilingual workers. A roofer or HVAC tech who speaks Spanish shouldn't have to fight an English-only interface to find work. Now they can browse, filter, and apply in their language. Employers still post once. No double work.

This is lean. We're not perfect. But it works. Spanish speakers can use the board. That's the whole goal.
