Jobs track parts, miles, and travel time automatically so nothing gets forgotten.
Trip distance, parts used, and time on the road stop depending on someone remembering to write it down.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

A tech finishes a job, and the system already knows how far they drove because the address was in the booking. It knows what parts got used because they logged them before the work. It knows how long they were on the road because the job card has a start and end time. Nothing gets lost in someone's notebook.
This matters for pay. Travel pay is real pay. Parts are real costs. When these numbers are automatic instead of manual, the tech gets paid right and the shop's costs are accurate. No disputes about 'did he really drive 40 miles' because the address was there from the start.
The system also stops a reschedule from selling the same hour twice. If a job gets moved, it updates the calendar so the same time slot doesn't get booked twice. Small things, but they add up to a board that actually works.
