Jobs won't get sold twice, and calls route right.

We squashed some bugs that were messing up calls and letting jobs double up.

This week we caught a few things that were broken under the hood. A change I made last week broke the phone routing, so calls weren't connecting right. That's fixed. The reschedule system wasn't talking to the ticket system, which meant the same hour could get assigned twice if somebody rescheduled. That's fixed too.

We also tightened up the intake so a rush job doesn't go out to techs who can't do rush work, and we made sure the system doesn't let a tech set a meetup time that conflicts with when he said he's available.

None of this is flashy, but it's the stuff that keeps the system from lying to you about what you're getting and when you're supposed to show up.
