We run a site where you can ask local plumbers, electricians, and other contractors for quotes. Around June 30, the system that sent your request to them broke. We didn't notice for a few days.
It's fixed now. When you fill out a form asking for a quote, that message goes straight to the contractor. They get your name, your problem, and how to reach you. Then they can call or email you back.
It's a dumb mistake on our part. The whole point is connecting you with someone who can help, and that wasn't happening. It is now.
