NPCLocal now ranks local pros by actual customer calls, not page views

The old ranking on NPCLocal counted page views and clicks, a weak signal that bots and accidental landings could distort. The ranking now runs on phone-number taps and contact-button hits, actions that reflect a real customer deciding to reach out. Page loads and call events are tracked separately so the signal stays clean and anomalies are visible. A contractor with fifteen years of local trust rises on that basis. A newer shop gaining real traction shows up accordingly.
