NPCLocal now shows Alice, Corpus Christi, Kingsville, and Premont on the front page so visitors pick their town before they browse

The directory used to default to Alice, which meant anyone in Kingsville or Premont was already looking at the wrong results. All four towns now sit at the top of the front page. Pick one and the listings narrow to shops and service people who actually work in that area.

Each listing page shows real photos of completed jobs and testimonials from customers who hired that shop, not stock images or generic copy. Falfurrias Printing in Alice, which does custom t-shirts and graphics, is one example: the page now shows their actual work and verified customer words. Pricing estimates sit on the listing pages as well, labeled as ballparks rather than guarantees, and when a visitor is ready for a firm number a link goes straight to the shop, no automated callback, no form that disappears. We also published an About page and plain-language customer-protection pages that explain what recourse a customer has if a job goes wrong.
