NPCLocal now tracks real leads and adds four AI service categories built for the Coastal Bend

When someone finds your business on NPCLocal and taps your number or clicks to call, we now log it. You see the page they came from, whether they actually dialed, and what service they were after. The system filters out fake clicks from bots and scripts, so the count you see is real. This replaces a stretch starting around June 30 when calls were coming in but we were not reporting who called or what they wanted.

We also built four AI service categories run by the shop: AI tools for repetitive work, AI phone answering, workflow automation, and AI consulting. All are exclusive to the Coastal Bend and Corpus Christi area. Each category has six or more FAQs that take on the hard questions, and every fact sheet is honest about what AI can and cannot do, drawn from work we do in the shop. Everything reads in both Spanish and English.
