NPCLocal's job board now charges at post time and shows three ways to reach any repair person who takes a job

Two changes shipped to the job board this week. Payment now clears when a job is posted rather than when someone accepts it, so repair workers see a funded, ready listing and there is no card-decline surprise after the work is agreed on. Each listing also now surfaces a call button, a message button, and an email button for the person taking the job, so whoever posts the work can reach them the way that suits them without guessing at a preferred contact method.
